Crafted from a non-toxic synthetic material, the Trust Medium Port Pelham is somewhat flexible, yet harder and more rigid than Trust's Flexi Soft range of bits. Anatomically shaped to relieve pressure on the centre of the tongue, the medium port mouthpiece leaves space for the horse's tongue to lay comfortably in the horse's mouth.
