    Job Summary

    The Warehouse and Inventory Control associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of online orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities and Warehouse Operations

    • Receive, unload, and check incoming stock against delivery documentation
    • Organize, label, and store inventory correctly within the warehouse
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
    • General warehouse duties as required
    • Assist with web fulfillment

    Inventory Control

    • Maintain accurate stock levels using inventory management systems
    • Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts and audits
    • Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies
    • Replenishment and stock rotation

    Web & Order Fulfilment

    • Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently
    • Ensure orders are packed securely and meet company quality standards
    • Prepare shipping labels and documentation
    • Coordinate with couriers and update order statuses as required
    • Handle basic customer order enquiries or returns (where applicable)

    Skills & Experience

    Essential

    • Basic warehouse or logistics experience
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
    • Basic computer skills (inventory or order systems)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Physically capable of manual handling tasks

    Desirable

    • Experience with e-commerce fulfilment or online order processing
    • Familiarity with inventory management software
    • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
    • Experience with shipping platforms or courier systems

    Work Conditions
