The addition of the MIPS system (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) offers advanced protection against rotational falls and angled impacts. Designed by a neurosurgeon and a team of researchers, the MIPS inner liner allows your head to move inside your helmet to reduce the harmful effects of a serious impact on your brain. In the case of a rotational fall or angled impact the MIPS liner can shift or slide 10-15mm in any direction to effectively protect your brain by absorbing and redirecting energy from the fall. The CCS Custom Colour System allows you to personalize your helmet by allowing you to choose your front shield colour, the colour of your vent rail, as well as the top panel. Change one or change all three - the choice is yours.
