Customer Service based on previous review
This is a follow up to my review that was posted after the HKM Boot and Helmet bag suddenly started to come apart. I followed up with Sprucewood and they provided outstanding customer service. They contacted HKM who agreed to provide a new bag. Really happy that both retailer and manufacturer really stood behind the product. I have now talked to someone else who has the bag and theirs has been solid. Mine may have just been a fluke. Either way, both Sprucewood and HKM have done everything possible to resolve the issue. Thank you.

Very poorly made
A very functional bag but very poorly made. My daughter has used it fewer than 10 times and on the same day the upper handle tore off and one of the zipper tabs broke off. The bag was not overloaded at the time. It's just simply poor quality.
