1) Sales Associate - Mobile Equestrian Sales Team

Are you passionate about sales and the equestrian industry? We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Associates to join our dynamic mobile sales team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, promote and sell a variety of products, and ensure every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience.
Location:
Primarily based at Caledon Equestrian Parks OR Angelstone Tournaments mobile locations. Additional hours may be available at other locations.
Start Date:
We prefer candidates available before April 20, to allow for training and preparation ahead of the busy show season.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers in finding the products they need.
  • Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking and creating attractive product displays.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about products, equestrian trends, and industry developments.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Address customer concerns professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • English equestrian experience - essential to the role.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to sell and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in using POS systems for transactions.
  • Bilingual (French-English) proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in technical sales or retail is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with equestrian products and industry trends preferred.

Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of equestrian experience is required - show experience is preferred
