NO-HASSLE RETURNS
Returning items purchased in-store is easy:
- Place the item(s) in their original packaging and ensure they are in original, unused condition.
- Bring them to any store location within 30 days, along with a copy of the sales receipt.
Your Options:
- Exchange the item.
- Receive a store credit.
- Get a full refund in the original method of payment.
Note: Items marked CLEAROUT are returnable for store credit or may be exchanged in store.
Online Purchases:
All returns for online orders require a Return Authorization (RA)How to Request a Return Authorization:
- Use the Return feature on your Order History page of our website within 30 days of purchase - you will receive an email immediately advising that we have received your request.
- Allow 3 business days for us to process your request. Please check your inbox (or spam folder) for further communication from us.
- If your request is approved, you will receive a second email from a Sprucewood Customer Service Representative with:
- Approved Return Authorization (RA)
- Detailed return instructions
- Return address for shipping
Return Options:
- In-Store Returns: Items purchased online may be returned to one of our store locations for an immediate exchange or store credit. If you request a refund, you may still drop off the items in-store, but all refunds must be processed at head office. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be completed.
- Returns Shipped to Us: If you choose to ship items back to us, a refund as a store credit or on the original payment method (your choice) will be issued once the return is received and processed. Exchanges are not available for items shipped back to us. If you need a different size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
- Items marked CLEAROUT are returnable for store credit, or may be exchanged in-store.
Shipping Your Return:
- Carefully package your item(s) in their original packaging.
- Include a printed copy of your RA email.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the RA email.
Important Shipping Notes:
- We recommend insuring your package as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- We cannot accept collect returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective, OR the return is due to an error on our part. In these cases we will cover both the original and return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been used or do not have original tags & packaging.
- Personalized or custom-ordered items.
- Books.
- Supplements, wormers, or any ingestible product.
- Saddles that have been marked or damaged in any manner.
- Undergarments.
- Horse and dog blankets/sheets must be returned clean and unused. (Tip: Place a clean bedsheet on your horse or dog before trying on the item.)
