The lambswool in your Merino+ pad will volumise once it's opened from its packaging as it absorbs moisture and air. The more you wash it, the more flexibility & feel you will notice. Machine wash warm, gentle cycle. A stain remover can be used on fabric areas and product made specifically for wool is recommended in the machine. Once washed, straighten fabric out and air dry or tumble on a cool cycle.
