The Trust Sweet Iron Jointed Dee Bit is crafted in Trust's signature blue coloured Sweet Iron alloy that is designed to oxidize when exposed to the air to create a thin coat of rust on the surface of the bit. The sweet taste of the rust stimulates salivation and encourages easy acceptance of the bit. When used, the blue colour will change to a brownish/grey colour due to the rusting process. The anatomically shaped jointed mouthpiece is designed to fit comfortably in the horse's mouth with room for the tongue.
