Unexpected Fabric Damage After Minimal Use
After only two brief rides and one gentle hand-wash, the fabric developed pilling and a small slit. I contacted custover service and Sarah followed up with Schokemöhle. The brand stated that their fabric testing scored highly and therefore they do not consider this a defect. My experience doesn't match the reported durability: the wear appeared almost immediately. Customer service was responsive, but the product quality did not meet expectations. A disappointment, especially since I generally enjoy Schockemöhler brand. Schockemöhle affirme que leurs tests sont excellents, mais mon expérience ne correspond pas: l'usure est apparue immédiatement.
