The Kentucky Horsewear Stable Rug 0 grams is designed for versatility, making it suitable for use in summer on cooler nights or during transitional seasons. In winter, it serves perfectly as an under rug, especially for horses that are not clipped, thanks to its cozy artificial rabbit skin lining. The outer fabric is made from square quilted 600D polyester, which is highly resistant to tearing. While the rug does not contain any filling, the artificial rabbit skin creates tiny air pockets that trap and retain the horse’s body heat. This lining also prevents rubbing, contributing to a shiny coat. Thoughtfully shaped for a better fit, the rug features two front buckles and two surcingles, all made of stainless steel, with a strength that can hold up to 1500N. Additionally, the withers are protected by popular artificial sheepskin, enhancing comfort. For easy care and cleanliness, shavings can be brushed off, and the rug is machine washable at 30°C.
